I'd also like to put it on the record that Health Canada should not need to consult the courts to order a recall if they're aware of a contaminated or toxic product. Health Canada doesn't need to apply to court for a recall to protect Canadians when milk or other foods are contaminated, so I don't believe it should have to do that for NHPs either.
