Yes. I guess all I'm saying, just for the record, is that I agree with your analysis that this does not demonstrate a clear violation of the Constitution. The waters are muddied somewhat. There are dissenting opinions on this, and therefore reasonable doubt. When a jury is determining a decision, is there a reasonable doubt? Well, I think here there is reasonable doubt, on the basis of an opinion shared by the Attorney General and the several opinions that you have demonstrated in your brief.
