Just yesterday, Mr. McGuinty incorrectly stated that he'd requested all decisions be presented before the committee. I went back and reviewed his words from just a few days earlier, where he'd said “Provide me with just one example.” The difference between “just one” and “all” is as great a difference as there can be. That's the kind of thing you don't want to report, and I would suggest you probably don't want this in the report either.
So, as I say, I think the hard evidence is there, I think we have to take the fact that it was made at face value and leave things at that.
