I certainly agree with everything Mr. Brassard had to say. I would take it a step further and would suggest that when we receive a draft copy of a report that is confidential in nature, we're bound to keep that confidential. We're not supposed to share it with anyone. I think what we are being asked to do here, as members of Parliament, is to break that expected confidentiality by speaking publicly on this format.
