On May 12, The Globe and Mail published an article in which it was mentioned that the Canadian Security Intelligence Service had provided the government, specifically your department, Global Affairs Canada, with a list of other diplomats from Beijing who should be considered for expulsion because of their interference activity.
Is this a note that was sent with the notation “For your information only?”
