If those projects—the properties, the assets, the liabilities, the obligations—that CLCL has in the space of the mandate that Build Canada Homes is taking on in that development of affordable housing on public lands.... It's any of those obligations and assets. That's the piece that needs to be worked out. In the legislation, we have the authorities to ensure that it's organized in such a way. Yes, Build Canada Homes would take on and would take over for those projects, for those properties, for those assets and for obligations that CLCL may have on certain properties in those spaces.
