It's changing so quickly that, in project one, you've installed the new energy-efficient heat pumps, ventilators and all the different things the code requires, but before you've finished that project and tested out all those systems, they've been banned by the next code. You're installing something new before you know how the last thing performed. That's how quickly it's changing.
