Yes. We have an enforcement branch, through the labour team, that specifically looks at undocumented illegal workers. Of course, we do this in partnership with IRCC.
In terms of our role, we are specifically there to enforce the Canada Labour Code for federally regulated workers and to make sure anyone using temporary foreign workers complies with the LMIA process.
