Program flexibility is very important for us, because it allows us to innovate based on the needs of our residents. Program consistency is also an important factor.
Earlier in my opening remarks I talked about know-how. One of the challenges in a region like ours is labour shortage, so it's very difficult to recruit. Our stakeholders are slowly developing extremely valuable expertise we would never want to lose. It can take up to three years for someone to master their role, so I would say maintaining skills is essential for us.
