Brome-Missisquoi and Memphrémagog are mainly rural or semi-urban areas. When we talk about homelessness, we often talk about big cities. I think the challenges experienced in Magog, Cowansville, Farnham and Granby are different from those in big cities.
How can the federal government better adapt programs to the realities of the regions?
