The consequences if it's not followed would be that you have to potentially request an extension if the work is not done. If the work needs to be completed and the reporting and the harmonization across the jurisdictions, whether that's language issues in certain jurisdictions or other standards.... If the work is not complete, there's potentially an opportunity for the minister to ask for an extension.
