The model in Quebec currently doesn't allow our union training centres to receive transfer payments to train workers. The training is done through the CEGEP system. That is a challenge for us. If you want more mobility and a more trained workforce, I think Quebec and the CCQ need to look at a way in which that funding can be returned to union training centres so we can train our members.
