Chair, I think over and over again, I have been refused the ability to speak this morning. This has been extremely frustrating for me. I believe that I have had many good reasons to bring up the points of debate that I have brought up. Unfortunately, I have been overruled several times. I think you will also see that I have not had the opportunity to speak to this question yet, and that is why I had moved that we extend the debate on it.
