It depends on what the nature of the complaint is. We try to make the response sort of proportionate to the problem, so it can range from things like sitting down with the member and reminding them of their obligations under the code. It can also consist of doing that in writing, with a formal reprimand. It can involve them being required to undergo training in specific areas. There are instances where we've removed a person from hearing cases until we've been satisfied that they're in a position to go back into the hearing room.
