Honestly, I think Mr. Gallivan should be ashamed and embarrassed that it took you and your team coming in and highlighting all of these situations and issues, which Canadians have known about for years, frankly, to actually find these problems and force the department to make some changes. I'm glad to hear there are changes coming.
