The decision I made was as follows. Typically, we would have had this for maybe an hour and then a panel of witnesses for the immigration study. However, last week we were unsure of what was happening, and our clerk said that there wasn't enough time to put together a panel of witnesses. Because I felt this was a big issue of importance, I put it from an hour to an hour and a half. That is the reason.
