We were encouraged in some ways by the government's policy changes last year. They started to rely more on provincial governments through nominations and looking to provincial governments to dictate what they need in their regions. We feel that the country's too complex for somebody in Ottawa to make a decision and parse out immigration across the country. We think provinces need to be at the table. Industry needs to be working alongside them.
