I would be able to say that, in the process of identifying what indigenous-led outcomes are, it would really be up to the community to identify how to cost that out. What does that look like? I don't know. I think you have to do the critical work of going to them, engaging them, and asking them what those figures look like. What does it mean in terms of long-term spending?
