President Clayton gave an overview of the consequences, but what's also important is that this bill was fully co-developed with modern treaty partners. The full co-development of this bill is a great example of reconciliation in action and how modern treaties can be upheld. It would be an unintended consequence if the work that was done directly with the federal government was not respected and implemented.
