I am curious about your thoughts on Bill C-10, which, I imagine, you've been following. That's the legislation to establish a commissioner for modern treaties. It's currently at third reading.

I wonder whether you can comment on this as we move through the passing of this legislation. Hopefully, we get there. How do you feel about the importance of Bill C-10—establishing the office of a commissioner for modern treaties?
