My top one would be.... When the food mail program was running, prior to being replaced by nutrition north, the Government of Canada had a contract with Canada Post for the freight and logistics of the food. I recommend that the Government of Canada go back to that model, allowing them to negotiate in bulk on the logistics side of shipments.
