Shannon, you provided three recommendations or solutions, and I want to go to your third one, which is real energy access for the Major Projects Office. It encompasses all three: natural gas, easily accessible programs and appliance upgrades. You also mentioned, which I heard as a common theme, that the real solutions are from northerners themselves.
There has been a renewed focus on oil and gas, for lack of a better word, which has been shunned over the last 10 years. We've now been in this Parliament for the better part of a year and a half. Have you seen any tangible changes in some of the initiatives you suggested over the last year and a half?
