Do you have an idea of a low-hanging fruit in terms of systematic change for housing? It kind of reminds me of a typical first nation reserve, where mortgages are not the norm, but you're talking about a whole territory or multiple territories. Do you have any structural changes in mind in terms of market housing, or anything unique in how regulatory regimes can change in terms of home ownership? Maybe that's even the wrong term in itself.
