This is meeting number 39. I hope everyone had a great summer. It's good to see everyone back. Everyone's smiling and we are ready to continue our study of affordability challenges in northern Canada.
Everyone here knows the rules on how to use the microphone and that kind of thing.
I'll remind our witnesses, especially those online, that I'll acknowledge you and then you can take it from there. If you're on Zoom, don't forget there's a language button at the bottom of your screen. You can select English or French. For those in the room, of course, you have your earpieces.
Everyone knows the rest. There are about two pages here, but I think we're good to go.
All right. I guess we'll start in person, since Mikey's across from me.
Do you want to kick it off for five minutes?
