To the other witnesses, budget 2025 introduces a $1-billion small and medium business credit program for defence contracts. There are two things I'm wondering about there. One, is that a welcome addition? Two, the United States has what's called APEX Accelerators to help small and medium-sized business bid on government contracts. Is that something you would recommend for Canada?
