The FCCQ's own survey shows that over 70% of respondents feel poorly prepared to seize defence opportunities, and around 80% report low or no knowledge of defence regulatory requirements. I'm just wondering, from the ground, if you feel there's enough detail in the defence procurement strategy for SMEs to understand the process, or if you find it overly complex.
