Mr. Gharagozli, you mentioned something about venture capital and finances. We've heard other witnesses prior to your panel talk about the stigma in defence around financial backing. We've heard about debanking, a term being thrown out there for people in the defence area, and that it's difficult for them to get financial support.
Can you talk about the financial ecosystem and what we may need to do to ensure there's financial backing for a lot of the start-ups?
