Perhaps he could clearly read out the amendment. It's not a requirement that we get it translated and in our inbox, if the Bloc is okay with that. I'll leave that to Mr. Ste-Marie's discretion. There have been tons of amendments moved on the fly at all kinds of committees, and we have immediately started debating them.
He wasn't clear on the exact language he used. I'm not clear on whether he was saying in general these things should be added or he was moving specific verbiage that we can review. Perhaps he can clarify that.
