I'll just speak about the GHG standards.
Our objective, and our organization has been very clear on this.... The goal is to transform the system to come out better off economically. That's the goal. If we're chasing megatonnes in 2027 and 2028 and asking how much we reduced them by—17% or 15%—that's not the right policy question.
This should be calibrated to preserve the investment signal that is needed for the charging infrastructure and grid upgrades, without necessarily affecting affordability and consumer choice. That's the threading of the needle that needs to happen.
