We are absolutely collecting information in both of those areas: areas where people live right now, as well as outside of those areas, primarily along.... We think in terms of road segments or portions of roads where you have or will have access to service.
From our point of view, it's absolutely essential that Canadians have full access to cellphone mobile services wherever they work and wherever they live. The first step in that is, by necessity, having good information about exactly where those services are right now, so that we can continue to put on pressure to make sure those gaps are filled in the future.
