In a short answer, yes. Any investment going into the labour market is much needed, but we need to be strategic about it and work with the provinces to make sure that the funding is going to the best places. Responding to industry needs as opposed to trying to fill seats is absolutely critical.
That cultural shift we need to see, that we're starting to see on the defence side, we need to also see that on the educational side. It is coming; it is a work-in-progress.
