It can promote Canadian universities, Canadian schools, which are still very popular with Venezuelans. Although resources to do this are very limited, it can help to disseminate some Canadian culture. There's a Canadian studies program, which is active in several Venezuelan universities.
There are many Canadian companies involved, still, in the petroleum sector, not as owners or investors but rather as companies involved in the operations in the petroleum. And the embassy, the government, helps, tries, when it can, to facilitate their work.
