Your point is spot-on. I think the rotten problem is there isn't enough of anything. In terms of the urban scenario, Bangladesh is rapidly urbanizing. Dhaka, our capital, is one of the fastest-growing cities in the world. The issue is that many people still live in informal settlements, particularly low-income groups. There is really no connectivity between where they live and where the services are.
One thing civil society organizations are trying to do is bridge that gap, to be the groups that can, either through outreach or now increasingly through technology, try to connect these groups into existing services, whether they be health clinics, legal services, or legal aid organizations or legal aid services of the government.
