Ms. Narayan, given this is your field of expertise, I'd like to know to what extent children are affected by gang recruitment in Haiti. That question comes up a lot. There are a lot of newspaper articles saying children are not only the first victims, but also the first ones being recruited. There's a bit of a paradox here.
Could you share your expertise on that?
