There are parallels in many countries around the world, from Haiti to perhaps Colombia and Sierra Leone, where employment opportunities for youth are one of the key economic opportunities that have to be revitalized in the economy before some stability can take place.
Can you give me your view on what needs to happen in Haiti to provide younger people with an opportunity to find employment opportunities? I thought somebody suggested earlier that there was a plan to do this on a regional basis. Can I get your thoughts on that, Ms. Pellegrini?
