Thank you to all the witnesses for being with us for this very important study on Haiti.
I wanted to start off with the $880-million call made by the UN to provide humanitarian assistance within Haiti. As of just a month ago, it's been reported that it's only been 22.1% funded by the Office of the UN High Commissioner, if I am correct.
With the calls that have been made by UN bodies and by the UN for funding, and with the lack of funding that has come into the country to address the security, political and humanitarian situations, what have you seen? Have you seen that the three situations you outlined have grown in scope, complexity and breadth during your work in Haiti since 2024?
