It's up to the NDP to make their own arguments, but I really do think that...in your first two rounds you'll have really had four Conservative and only two NDP.... I really think you need another NDP in that second round.

I was going to move a motion, but if you are talking about going NDP, Conservative, NDP, Conservative in the second round, and then leaving the third round, if you have that time, to the discretion of the chair, or something along those lines...or does that even matter? If you have that time, then....
