This is a report that was made public by DFAIT. It was commissioned by the Minister of Trade and the Minister of Finance. It was released in August of last year under the leadership of Dr. Chakma. It should be publicly available and in the public record.

No, I haven't. If the report is not tabled in one fashion or another with this committee, we cannot use it as evidence in a report. I want the recommendations of that report—
