I wonder if you could talk about this issue of non-tariff barriers and how important it is with these new modern trade agreements that we address the non-tariff barriers. It seems to be used by other players. Canada goes into these trade agreements, and I always say we're the boy scout. We do what we're supposed to do, and then you get these other countries putting in these barriers.
