You're talking about alcohol. That's a good example, the Société des alcools du Québec, or SAQ. As much as Quebeckers debate whether they should keep it or privatize it, partly or fully, we can also agree that it should not be imposed by Ottawa. That is crystal clear.
But what barriers have you heard about with regard to alcohol, other than the very existence of publicly owned corporations such as the LCBO and the SAQ?
