Okay. That's where there seems to be a bit of a delineation, as I understand. You'll forgive me, because sometimes mandates are unclear in some of these organizations, and sometimes they seem to overlap from time to time. It would be entirely conceivable that both organizations would serve the same client. Is that correct?
