It's part of it. Also, we attract foreign investment, and these investments are not always related to the venture capital group. Venture capital is a very specialized financing tool, I would say, because there's a lot of risk attached to that. Venture capital makes reference most of the time to start-ups or very young firms.
The issue is that the market becomes more uncertain while the Canadian investors—the domestic investors—or investors coming from outside the country, in both cases, become more cautious. That's the reason why the venture capital market is slowing down. It's really related to the risk and the appetite, I would say, for the risk.
