I'm going to come back to a point you mentioned earlier. When you talked about capacity, you mentioned copper, zinc and another mineral. On the one hand, you referred to China and the loss of technology and expertise. On the other, the Standing Committee on International Trade travelled to Brazil and Argentina to study Mercosur, and those countries wanted our expertise and equipment. These seem like two things that don't go together.
I'd like to hear your comments on that.
