First, I would say that improvements to the assessment system are already under way in our sector. We're seeing improvements, according to the work of the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada. There are improvements on the environmental front, timelines are getting better and collaboration with the provinces is improving. Now, there's even an agreement between the federal government and the Government of Quebec. That's something I never thought I'd see in my career.
