Mr. Nankivell, in 2025, you wrote an article entitled “Canada's Indo-Pacific strategy at three: presence, partnerships and the next turn”. You touched briefly on diversification and expanding markets. However, one thing caught my attention, and I'd like to give you the opportunity to expand on it with us today: namely, that you don't just want Canada to sell more to these countries, but also to become more integrated into regional value chains.
Could you explain that a bit further? What does it mean to you to integrate into these countries' regional value chains?
