I think we should look at an agreement that raises the bar on labour and environmental standards across all three countries. This is something that the first Trump administration was quite interested in. As I've already noted, our time would be better spent in bilateral negotiations with Mexico and other trading partners than in negotiating at this moment with a very unpredictable U.S. administration.
