As the chairman has said, our purpose now is to try to make the act better. From the purpose of a review, it was great to hear how it works, but I'm wondering if any of the witnesses actually have any suggestions as to how we could improve the act. If you want to do this in camera, that's fine. But especially from people at the operational level, if they want to do something, are there are some ways or minor adjustments or any adjustments we could do to make it work better?
