Dealing with Ms. Jennings' amendment is difficult to try to incorporate into Mr. Ménard's motion. If we want to vote on Mr. Ménard's motion, then Ms. Jennings can bring forward a motion, because I think hers makes a lot of sense if we're going to study this. I think we can dispense with Mr. Ménard's motion and then start afresh with something that perhaps we can all support.
