I have no objection to adding that, but as you can see—it is in subclauses (5) or (3)—the procedure that is set out allows the judge to weigh the contradictory values. On the one hand, we are talking about freedom of information and the fact that journalists must not be perceived as being auxiliaries of the police or of the state, so as to allow people who would like to give them information to trust them, and on the other hand, the interest of the state to investigate crimes and punish criminals.
