I am just repeating what I read in the proceedings. He said he could barely understand the translation of his own remarks. He suggested to this committee that he had lost five to four, and although it might have been the same result in any case, he had a question in his mind that maybe some of the judges who were there and had listened to his arguments through interpretation maybe did not get the full sense or meaning of his arguments.
